- When you place an order with us, you are agreeing to purchase goods from us.
- Once we have received your order it will be picked, packed and quality checked, ready to dispatch for delivery within 2 to 3 working days.
- In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this and refund you in full.
- Images of the products on the website are for illustrative purposes only. Due to the natural origins of the products used they will vary from the image/s shown on the website.
- Whilst we try to be as accurate as possible, all information provided is approximate and is provided in goof faith.

- By placing an order with us, you agree to accept these terms, as well as our privacy policy and the terms of the website.

- You are provided with access to this website in accordance with these terms and any orders placed by you or on your behalf in respect of any of the products must be placed strictly in accordance with these terms.
- You warrant that: the personal information that you are required to provide when you register as a customer of ours is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects.
- You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name you are not authorised to use.
- You agree fully to indemnify, defend and hold D&D's Natural Dog Treats and our employees and suppliers, harmless immediately on demand, from and against all claims, liability and damages, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of any breach of the terms by you or anyone you are responsible for or any other liabilities arising out of use of our website, or the use by any other person accessing the website using your shopping account and/or your personal information.
- Each product purchased is sold subject to its product description.
- We will take all reasonable care, in so far ai it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data your provide when accessing or ordering from the website.
- We may but are not obliged to notify you of our non-acceptance of an order made by you. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from this website whether or not that product has been sold; removing or editing any materials or content on this website; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
- You will be required to pay for the goods in full at the time of ordering.
- We use secure payment processing by Square for online purchases. You can pay for your order by Visa, Mastercard or most other debit/credit cards.
- Promotional prices are subject to availability.
- All prices quoted on our website are in GBP.
- Once your order has been dispatched, changes are not possible.
Delivery
- Goods will be dispatched for delivery within 2 to 3 working days of the order being received.
- Delivery is made by Royal Mail 2nd Class postage and takes up to 3 working days after dispatch.
- If you refuse delivery we are unable to offer a refund/replacement. Even if the parcel has been mistreated we need you to accept it as normal and take photos of the packaging and contents to send to us along with a description showing why the items are unacceptable/ unusable. This is because in the process of it being returned to us the package will degrade further and by the time we get it back we will not be able to make an honest assessment on what the conditions were when you received it.
- Disposal of packaging materials is your responsibility. Most of the packaging is 100% recyclable.
- If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly. You must let us know immediately if your order is not delivered when scheduled.
- You should tell us about any special delivery requirements or conditions when you place the order.
Refund Policy
Cancellations and Returns
- If you have any problems with your order or any of the items are unsatisfactory please get in touch. We will do our utmost to straighten things out.
- If you cancel, you must return the goods within 14days of cancellation, complete with the original packaging to us, at your own expense. You must ensure the products are packaged adequately to protect against damage.
- If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.
- We will refund all monies paid to us by you including postage within 30days, less any costs due under this contract.
- This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights - for example, if goods are faulty or incorrectly described.
Faulty Goods
- If there is a problem with the goods, please notify us by email providing details of the problem. It is helpful if you can provide us with a digital photograph of the problem as this normally saves you having to return the goods for inspection. We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights.
- If an exchange is necessary, this will be arranged without reasonable delay and without charge. Replacement goods will not be dispatched until the original goods have been received and checked by us.
- The cost of returning goods to us is your responsibility, however on inspection we will refund your reasonable postage costs, providing the goods are found to be faulty. If the goods are not faulty, we will return them to you, however you will be required to cover our reasonable postage costs.
- Within this time scale we will replace defective goods free of charge, at our discretion, providing that you have returned to us any faulty goods upon request.
- If an item is no longer available we will contact you to offer an alternative. However our liability will be to replace the faulty goods only and we are unable to guarantee an exact match. In this instance you will have the option of a refund.
- Where we replace faulty goods you are responsible for their disposal if they have not previously been returned to us.
